We offer a 7-day exchange policy for all purchases. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Eligibility: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Exchange Window: Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
  • Online Payments: For items returned or exchanged that were purchased using online payments, the return shipping cost will be covered by Split Jeans.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For items returned or exchanged that were purchased using COD, the shipping cost that was charged during the purchase will not be refunded.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to -your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • The new item will be shipped to you within 4-6 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
